We are a yoga and wellness company that offers specialized virtual and in-person classes that support your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Our goal is to help you find flow in your life, also known as being in the zone. You will also discover your true self as we nourish, recover, restore, heal, and re-discover your life without pain.

Our mission is to share the benefits of yoga with others. Our goal is for our students to be well, pain-free, feel better, and be more mentally, physically, and spiritually strong.

It is our passion to help people cope and recover from stress, build resilience, and enhance their well-being through yoga, mindfulness, and movement.

How to sign up for a class:

                1. Create an account here in Punchpass.

2. Purchase a package first before booking a class.

Online & In-person Group Rates (Biñan, Laguna)

Drop-in (Single Class) : PHP 550

5-Class Package: PHP 2,200 valid for 20 days after first use

Promo: 12+1 Package : PHP 4,800 valid for 30 days after first use       

3. Please send payment to GCASH at 0998-971-0248. BDO / BPI also available upon request.

4. After payment please send your proof of payment to [email protected]

5. Wait for our confirmation as we update your profile with your package. After receiving confirmation from us. You can now book your classes.

To purchase an On-Demand Yoga Classes: 
On-demand yoga classes are pre-recorded sessions you can access anytime, so you can practice at your own pace and schedule.

Single Class Access : PHP 750/class. Includes 7-day access to 1 pre-recorded class + bonus: 1 short audio meditation included.

5-Class Bundle + Meditation Pack: PHP 3,200. Includes 30-day access to 5 themed yoga classes + bonus: 3 exclusive guided audio meditations for rest, focus, and sleep.
