MyoYin = Myofascial Release + Yin Yoga in one. Applying myofascial release ball rolling techniques into yin yoga poses to eradicate these trigger points and improve mobility, release & reduce pain.

By taking this class, you may be able to release tension and stress from your muscles and tissues. This practice can help your nervous system find a deep sense of relaxation that will profoundly affect your physical, mental, as well as emotional body, helping to restore a sense of calm and ease in your entire being.

Props needed: two therapy balls or lacrosse balls, two yoga blocks, a bolster.
