  • In-person: A minimum of 3 participants is needed for the class to run onsite.

  • Online: A minimum of 3 participants is also required for the live virtual session.
    Choose the option that works best for you and experience the energy of practicing together—anytime, anywhere.

✨ About the Class
The Sanskrit word Vinyasa means “to place in a special way.” In this class, we explore that meaning by creating a balance of flowing transitions and steady holds. Expect a unique sequence each time—blending twists, gentle backbends, and approachable inversions. Options are always offered so you can practice at your own level, from beginner to intermediate.
