Yin Yang Flow is a fun, creative way to explore both the yin and yang sides of yoga in a well-rounded and thoughtful practice. Each class begins with a quiet and cool Yin practice that holds simple postures for 15 minutes to penetrate deep into connective tissue, expanding flexibility while increasing energy flows within the body. The class then transitions to an active Yang practice, using flowing Vinyasa-based asanas to develop muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility for 30 minutes. We end up in a 15 minutes Yin practice to close the class.
